This item works great. Easy to use for meat prop and also to check how hot any pan is cooking at the right temperature. It's just as describe in the description. If I need another in the future I will buy one.

I have been using ThermoPro temperature probes and guns as well as their hygrometers for several years and decided to get the 2-in-1 unit to cut down on the number of gadgets I take out to my grill. This unit is almost perfect. It reads the surface of my griddle and gives me the internal temp of what I am cooking. It is easy to see with the light that comes on when you press the read button. For almost perfect, the only problem I have is reading the surface temperature upside down. Please, ThermoPro, flip this. You will make a lot of people happy!
