Same marks on new bottle like other buyers posted and doesnt work at all. Charging port is flimsy but when cable is pushed the charge light comes on and shows fully charged but pushing the button does nothing. Complete waste. Tried everything.

Please know before you make this purchase that it is designed for their proprietary drink pods. There is a plastic cradle inside the lid that holds the drink pod. If you don’t have a pod, then your drink mix gets caught behind and inside the plastic cradle. It makes clean up a lot more challenging. The easy fix is to place a flat head screwdriver into the plastic cradle opening and pop it out of the lid. I was able to do this without damaging anything. The lid is all metal underneath the plastic cradle, so clean up is now a breeze.

knowing that this is a much lower power blender i used only powder and 2 ice cubes to make a smoothies and it did great. I did however use two cycles and added liquid after the first. The ice cubes didn't exactly break apart but more of a melt away in the cycle. The blender did sound like it struggled a bit so not exactly sure how long it will last.

I've tried my fair share of portable blenders over the years, and hands down, this one takes the crown. Super convenient, blends like a champ, and the battery life is on point. Whether I'm whipping up a smoothie on the go or a quick protein shake after a workout, this little one delivers every time. Definitely my fav for so much!

Received this item would not work.

FACTS: Received 1st mixer with blemish (pictured) and returned it for another one. Received 2nd mixer with a lighter blemish. Dry scrubbed with bar keepers for 10 minutes and blemish dissolved. The warranty does not cover blemishes.Not meant for blending your own fruit smoothies. Meant to mix THEIR dehydrated fruit powder pods only. Careful washing required, as to not get charging port wet. Miss handling is not covered under their 2 year warranty.OPINION: Over priced mixer. A bit heavy for a bottle. Otherwise, looks and feels good in hand. Not sure of its durability yet. It does appear to take a long while to charge. Initially was excited to receive but my excitement dwindle with the little annoyances.Really wanted to like it but not having the best experience. Ordered Matcha pods to test out. Hoping for the best.

My daughter got this for school and she loved that it was compact but the problem was it did not have enough power to mix her smoothies. While the description said no shaking or clumps, that was actually false. It required a lot of run time for less than ideal results. We sent it back and got something else.
