I always loved Xiaomi scooters, they were always my favourite. I had owned the 1S and the Pro 2 before. I still have my 1S but my pro 2 was stolen as I locked it through the brake cables not realising they weren’t power cables as I was in a rush. Of course the cables were cut and my scooter was lost forever. The next couple days I struggled. But then I managed to get my hands on the Xiaomi pro 4. The best scooter I’ve ever had. So smooth to ride even over the bumpiest surfaces. The battery lasts just as long as my pro 2 but maybe a little longer. I do wish I could have gotten the Xiaomi ultra but oh well, maybe one day. 10/10 scooter. If you have the money pick one of these up and you’ll be more satisfied than ever. (I miss you pro 2)and by the way it is huge compared to the 1S and pro 2. My pro 2 was bigger than the 1S but this pro 4 compared is massive!

Again, this is the 1st Gen laptop. There is a 2nd Gen, however, you can not buy it on Amazon. It's only available on Xiaomi's website. As of now, it's cheaper than this 1st Gen. I believe they have a deal where they take of 50 pounds for orders over 300. I bought this 1st Gen expecting it to be the 2nd Gen. Quite a disappointment. But to be honest, I'm not going to return it (this has been retconned - please continue reading) because it'd be a bit of a hassle and... quite frankly, this scooter is still enough for my needs. You know it's the 1st Gen because (it doesn't say 2nd gen anywhere and) the wheels have a red outline. - Another thing to note, my model got a couple scratches on it, not a big deal for me - it was probably going to get scratches anyways. - Update: I'm now returning. The reason why isn't because it's illegal to use outside of private property, but more specifically because many establishments don't allow you to even store them... including my apartment complex. Which is a major issue. Additionally, my university doesn't allow storage, use, or charge (but that's not too bad as I can just carry it all times), the real issue is storing one in my apartment complex would break my tenancy contract.

The motor broke within 4 months ..seller ignores you unless Amazon contacts them (twice ) then they say they can’t help with either repairing it or a refund. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND EXTREMELY IGNORANT SELLER AVOID AVOID AVOID

The box was intact however the scooter seemed a bit scratched here and there

Very efficient i ve been using it for a year and a half never had any problems,i walk 5 miles to work with it and charge it once every 4 days i recommend it😊😉

Horrendous POS software app

Excelente scooter, tuve oportunidad de alternar con la primera versión y nada que ver, la batería dura mucho más, va más rápido y se siente más seguridad, lo único que no me encanta es el peso, ya que es casi imposible poder subir al transporte público con él, porque no es nada sencillo maniobrar 22kg de peso, sin embargo es totalmente entendible al valorarse los kilómetros que da.

Parfait poids et hauteur de la trot parfaite pour mon 1m90 accélération nickel ( ne faites pas la maj du firmware pour garder le régulateur de vitesse!!)

The battery died and cant be charged after three months from purchase. I dont know where to claim guarantee and replacement

Excelente compra sem duvida! Moro em Lisboa e fico a poucos minutos do trabalho, sem duvida foi a melhor compra que fiz este ano, ja a tenho desde de fevereiro e nao me arrependo, o dinheiro que poupo em transporte publico, ou ate em trotinetes publicas não está escrito. As estradas de portugal tem tipicamente muito paralelo, e mesmo sem amortecedor, graças as rodas grandes e a qualidade delas, ando por esses terrenos sem qualquer problema. O unico "defeito" é o peso, isto claro na minha opiniao, moro num terceiro andar, com bastantes escadas, sem elevador, e subir com uma trotinete de 20 kg nao é facil as vezes, tirando isso ela é bastante facil de dobrar e portatil. tem bastnate força nas subidas e um otimos travões, sentesse bastante bem a força regenerativa tambem. Uma dica que dou a quem está a pensar em comprar, é comprar tambem uma mochilinha que venha uma pega propria para a trotinete , ajuda bastante para quem tem as maos pequenas, para alem da mochila, que é otima para levar cadeados e ate as ferramentas e coisas importantes para a trotinete, como compressor portátil e gel do peneu
