comes in great
Put this on my Kenwood 400w stereo amp and I was getting very clear FM. For the money, it's a great thing.

seems like a good antenna, but I couldn't get it to work
I have a NOAA emergency alert weather radio that, due to its placement, isn't great at picking up the signals. According to the web, a dipole antenna like this one can be a good solution. This antenna comes with several screw-on ends to adapt to many different connectors. My radio needs a 3.5mm RCA end, and that's not included, so I rigged up my own adapter and continued. I put the dipole end of the antenna up high on my window, as recommended by various sites, but that didn't improve signal quality. What worked was my physically holding the dipole end. That's obviously not an ideal solution, but at least it confirmed that my rigged adapter was working and that this antenna can do something. I understand that this antenna's failure may be due to user error, but something as simple as this shouldn't be so troublesome.
