Works very well and also holds Waterpik heads
This was the only stand for Oral-B toothbrush heads that I could find and I was getting really tired of leaving the heads on the countertop, which looked messy and left toothpaste residue on the counter. This stand looks decent and works well. It uses a hanging design (you can hang the heads either head down, as in the product photos, or heads up) which is a little more finicky and a little less tidy looking than a prong design where you place the hollow bottom of the head onto a peg. (Interestingly, that is the design they use for their stand for the Oral-B IO heads.) The hanging design does have the advantage that the bottom of the head can air out while it's hanging and is less likely to develop mold. Additionally, I can also hang the head for my Waterpik and it fits perfectly.I have mixed feelings about the suction cup design. On the one hand, it allows you to easily remove and replace the heads with one hand (without having to use the other hand to hold the stand). On the other hand, it wobbles a bit and is slightly raised above the countertop. Overall, I think it's fine.A number of reviews commented on the construction quality. I thought it was fine. The surfaces of the holders are ribbed rather than smooth. The ribs aren't very deep and I think you will be hard-pressed to notice them at a normal standing distance. Plus, I don't think they look bad. There is a large mold mark on one side of the bottom part of the stand. Again, it's difficult to notice at normal viewing angle from above and, if it bothers you, you can just face it towards the back, where it will be almost impossible to see.I thought the holder was a bit pricey at $16 but I didn't see any alternatives (and therefore no competition to lower the price) and maybe 3D printing is more expensive than mass production. As long as it lasts for at least 3-5 years, the cost is minimal compared to the cost of the heads (not to mention the cost of the brush itself). So, I am very happy with this product and would recommend it unless something better comes along. I would like to see the seller offer an alternative peg (rather than hanging) version so that consumers have a choice.

Works well
Living in the humid NE toothbrush heads in a standard holder attracts mold. This is working well and my brush heads are no longer showing any sign of black mold.

Cheap but functional
This is a cheap, 3D printed holder as mentioned in other reviews, but if you aren’t looking for anything fancy it works and the Oral-B heads fit just fine. The suction isn’t super strong, however I’ve been keeping it in my medicine cabinet for the past few months and it hasn’t knocked over yet. Overall I’ve been satisfied with the buy.

Not much vanity space? This device is for you!
We don't have much vanity space, so when I bought an electric toothbrush I was looking for brush storage that didn't take up a lot of space. This works perfectly, and it is easy to clean! Definitely would recommend.

VERY SPECIFICALLY made for “OralB” brushes ONLY
It IS what it says, for “OralB” BRANDED brushes ONLY. We do have an OralB toothbrush, however, have played around w/some “generic” brushes on AMZ (which do work work well, btw). These off-branded brushes however, do not “hold” in this holder (as they don’t have the extra “stopping??” band on bottom, which clicks into this unit). So, they just kinda ‘lean’ into the holder, very loosely, resting ON the bottom. BUT, it DOES balance them upright, which is better than laying them down sideways, & keeps them dry (but, so does a small cup! lol!).I DID try holder with an actual OralB brush too, to see if that one worked, and it “DID”. It’s designed to “snap in” in “UPSIDE DOWN” position. However, as I personally prefer brush UP, so water drains “out” of brush, and not ‘into’ it(!!) [read up on mold growing inside these brushes—you’ll change them more OFTEN!!!], I discovered you CAN flip it and just “pull the toothbrush upwards” until it holds firmly in place “upright” (a move I sadly couldn’t duplicate w/a generic brush tho).Yes, there’s def a 3D-print mold appearance (iF that bothers you). Suction cup on bottom is pretty darn good (on granite, a/w); just a touch of water on bottom & it stuck WELL (had to pry it off to move, lol!). Also tried it as a “lean to” for a regular toothbrush (in case you have a ‘mix?’); mine stays pretty well, but it depends on toothbrush size/thickness I imagine. All said, I give it a thumbs up for its “SPECIFIC” OralB-ONLY brush holding capabilities, but wld be nice if it better held the generics also.

Great design but doesn't stick to benchtop well
It might just be my benchtop, but this thing doesn't stick well. The suction cup just doesn't suction. The actual holder is great and fits my brush heads well, but I have to keep reattaching this to the benchtop every couple of days. Aside from that, it's fine.
