Going from a standard litter box to this I don’t think I will ever go back such a time saver, it did take of time for the cats to get used it however I did kept the old litter tray next to it just in case. The Setup it easy enough with the guide and pairing to the app was straightforward. The features on the app are great I do like weight feature and camera. The litter I used was catsan non clumping which box has no issues with separating and the compartment on the side that collects the excrement easy is to empty. After using it for couple days I’d say it’s well worth the purchase.

We've had this litter tray for 10 days, and it genuinely has made a huge difference! Our two housecats use their litter tray all day, every day, and it was a pain to keep on top of - especially since one of our cats will refuse to use the tray if it isn't 100% clean! Since switching to this, we've had no incidents of cats using the bathroom elsewhere, and we've noticed a huge improvement to the smell of our house! There are however, a few things I wish I'd considered before making such a big purchase! As there's no flap or door on the tray, we've had a few instances where the cat has faced the back wall of the tray, peeing straight out the door, down the sides, and leaving a puddle under the tray, which isn't ideal! I've also struggled with the mode designed to fully empty all the litter from the tray, as it only seems to remove about 80%, and it's a hassle getting all the dirty litter out. Because of this, cleaning it has been a nightmare! For two cats, we have needed to do a full litter clean twice in 10 days, and as I couldn't get a significant amount of litter to empty, I had to take the entire unit to the shower to hose it down, which was an extremely difficult task! I'm switching litter today, just to see if I can find a litter that works a little better! All in all, I'm really happy I've made the decision to switch to an automatic, and it's definitely worth the cost! But a tray with a door and an easier way to clean (eg. Being able to split it in half to make it more manageable or open it up more) would have made this 5 stars :)

Expensive, but really a must have. The leavings get deposited into a little trough, put a bag in there and it's easy to empty - ideally twice a week (for 2 cats) but can get away with once, at a push. The app is ... pointless. - You have to register, and it doesn't save your login details. - It can't differentiate between two cats of the same-ish weight. We bought this when our cats were ~9 weeks old, so both the same weight, after assigning one cat to a weight.. the app just saw both cats as the same one every time. - The camera is awful, a gimmic and the "fun" of looking at it quickly runs out after a day. We gave up using the app in less than a week.

Do not waste your money on this item honestly it has ruined my floor, its says it emptys and easy to clean but i guarantee you it does it does not at all empty out when you press the button, there is still some dirty litter left at the bottom which is impossible to get out ! It has leaked and runied my floor (pictures above). Too top it of the customer service was descusting, they sent me a copy of the intrusctions which i all ready had, then kept copying and pasting the same answer i had to go through amazon to get my money back, and bearing in mind i only bought this in October i honestly would not waste your time or money !

We were a bit wary of getting one of these but the cats got me one to help deal with their litter. This is now the 3rd one we’ve bought. It really does make a difference, the smell is well contained and the cycles to remove the clumped litter really work well. It did take a while for use to find the right litter but a good clumping litter is best we needed up with “SUPER CLUMPING PREMIUM+ SODIUM BENTONITE CAT LITTER NATURAL” bought off of Amazon. It’s more expensive than some but really does last.

This product saved me lots of time and also money in the long run as I don t need to change the litter every time it gets full. I was a bit unsure when i ve seen some of the reviews saying it’s hard to clean or leaking. I don t find this to be the case for me, the entrance is big enough to clean the inside properly. I had no problem with the leaking and I would advise you to use a good clumping litter if you have this problem. I use OdourLock…it s clumping immediately as the grains are really small and soft. The app is very easy to use and has all kinds of settings like schedule or clean every time the cat leaves (1min after, enough time for the litter to clump). You also have a Do Not Disturb feature if you don’t want the litter to clean at night (you can set the hours yourself) Is pretty silent as well and it stops immediately if it senses movement nearby. Also very easy to set up you just press the clean button for 3 seconds and add your wi fi on the app. Cleans very well and it s easy to change the bin bag. A nice addition to this litter is the camera (decent quality for a litter) I want to add that one of my cats is a bit skittish but doesn’t seem to have a problem with this one. I bought one of those box litters in the past and I had to throw it away as the cat didn’t go inside at all. Amazing value for the money, has features you find in really expensive litters. What made me choose this over other similar priced items was the camera and the bigger entrance. The only thing I had an issue with was the power adapter but customer service was great and it got sorted out very quick. Buy with confidence really is a great product will save you lots of trouble. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A good item that is easy to operate and performs well. One star taken away because the transformer had to be replace in less than 2 days.
