My mate custom built a large L-shaped desk for me. It really is an impressive, stunning piece of furniture, but I needed to protect the leather desktop - both from writing and the indentations left by objects such as my laptops' little rubber feet.This mat is perfect - the upper material is a slightly malleable yet durable plastic which itself indents with the little feet of my Macbook, but when I move the laptop, the indentations fade away. The underside is foam so it would be non-slip on surfaces such as glass. The only slight niggle is that, because the product must be cut with the upper plastic and the foam underside already glued together, the edge has an ever-so-slightly untidy look if you're at a low angle where you can see the foam.In all, though, I think it looks great enough that it doesn't spoil the look of my desk, and just as importantly will protect it. I will be buying another one to cover the other side where my PC sits.Very happy with it.

Bought this to keep my IKEA desk from getting marked and chipped. Ties in nice with the alluminium Apple Mac style i have on my desk.Seems to deal well with cup marks etc. as they disappear after a few days even if you think its burnt in.Is much more conformable to type and use the mouse on over the wooden desktop. I also like the big size as it acts as a giant mouse mat.The mat also has a no slip backing to stay in place and this works well. All n all a decent and cheaper alternative compared to the leatherette desk pads you can buy.

To me these are basically huge mouse mats, which leave enough room for a laptop or keyboard. These would be perfect for the office or gaming.I have now bought 3 of these Durable desk protectors, which should show that I like them.I bought the first couple during lockdown, so that I could make my desk areas easy to keep clean and tidy. I can't fault the product, and would happily give it 5 stars.My only problem is with Amazon's packing and delivery. They used to come in big card sleeves, which would cause one of the edges to curl that I had to flatten it out.The last one was folded over several times to fit into a box, which had to be packed with paper to stop it moving. It took days to flatten it out and weeks for the folds to go away properly.I dropped a star because of the packaging/delivery issues.

The mat is good quality, but when it arrived it was rolled up to such an extent that it took a long time to go completely flat. With hindsight I would not get this again as it is quite raised (too thick) and a bit too small for my needs. There is a larger, flatter transparent mat from Ikea that my daughter has, and this is much better.

I got this for my Computer desk, as this has a tempered glass top which can get scratched easily.Let me say firstly that the reviews saying this is thin and flimsy or edges curling: yes eventually it will maybe after a few years of usage or they are using it for extreme heavy duty stuff? It's a great price and I think it is plenty thick. In fact any thicker and it would look like a block on the desk not very nice at all.The plastic on top is nice and smooth and very easy to wipe anything off it with a microfiber cloth. The rubber underneath grips the glass nicely so it doesn't move around. And the size is absolutely perfect (please see attached pictures). It looks great sitting on top of a black desk.All in all I think this will last me a very long time to be able to put things on top of my desk or use it to work/write on without harming or scratching the tempered glass surface. A very good investment!

Arrived next day and in a cardboard 'do not bend' box. Ready to use. I have Durable desk mats always, the only ones that last and stay flat.

I ordered two of these from Amazon themselves. They were sent in separate deliveries, one by Royal Mail and the other by courier. The first was rolled but flattened quite quickly, the other was delivered flat.I'm perfectly happy with the quality - there's a nice indented groove all the way around (5mm in from the edge) that you can't easily see on the product image. As mentioned in some other reviews, it's a perfectly smooth plastic finish but one which I'm happy with. The foam backing works.However, both were 525mm wide, not 600mm as advertised! It didn't matter to me (so I'm not returning them), but I'd imagine that it would be a bit annoying if you needed them to be 600mm. As the size suited me, I've not knocked any stars off my rating.

I had written a good review for this product as it appeared to be good quality, however after having only had it a few weeks it is now stained with dots all over and strangely indented. Initially I thought these orange 'stains' were from a spilt drink but I have since discovered lots more of these stains and indents and from the positioning I've realised that they are from the rubber 'rests' of the laptop and each time the laptop is moved and sits in a position it marks the desk mat. Whatever material it's made from it's obviously not fit for purpose. I shall be messaging the seller.

Ich habe mir diese Tischunterlage in der Farbe schwarz geholt und ich muss ehrlich sagen mir gefällt sie sehr wirklich genau das was auf meinem Schreibtisch gefehlt hat. Außerdem ist auch wirklich langlebig, ich habe sie mir schon seit rund 2 Jahren mal zugelegt und die sieht immer noch Top aus und das für diesen Preis? Da kann man wirklich nicht meckern, einziger kleiner Nachteil ist das wenn man was heißes draufstellt (wie z.b eine Tasse mit heißem Tee )das sie sich möglicherweise ein wenig verformt aber dies ist nicht schlimm nach kurzer Zeit verschwindet diese Verformung.in großem und ganzen kann man sagen ein sehr gutes Produkt, absolute kauf Empfehlung von mir.
