These attractive looking miniatures do NOT float. (They sink like stones.) They are not suitable as any type of bath or pool toy or as a floating decoration. They are solid and heavy for their size. They would probably make fine decorations on a birthday cake, table decoration, or similar craft project. Contrary to the description, the miniatures do not come with any type of educational material.

They worked okay for cake toppers, but other than that the children were not impressed.
