Legendary Whitetails Men’s Henley Long Sleeve Casual Fit Shirt

The details: I'm 5'8, weight 175 lbs and am in pretty good shape. I ordered the Medium size of this shirt. It looks exactly as advertised in terms of styling and color. Before washing, I was concerned it was a bit on the big size, but washing it in cold and drying on low took care of that. It's not snug but it's comfortably loose - doesn't look or feel like a tent but it's also not restrictively tight. The fabric is a bit rougher than I expected - not irritating at all, just has a bit more of a texture than I thought it would. And while it doesn't look or feel cheap, it also doesn't scream HIGH QUALITY manufacturing. For the price, I was expecting something a bit more substantial. It's not a bad purchase but I'm thinking an equivalent shirt is likely available on Amazon for cheaper. EDIT: After owning and wearing this shirt for months, I'm MUCH more positive on it than I was initially. It's incredibly comfortable, looks great solo or as a top layer, can be worn in all but the hottest weather, and just feels good. A great shirt for knocking around on the weekend, casual times with friends, or just wanting a comfy and great-looking layer in cooler weather.

It's a solid B quality shirt. You can tell the stitching's not the best which is why it's not quite an A. That's pretty common with this brand, but they have style I like. That's why i say if you can get it for around $30 or less it's worth it. Soft, stretches, not too thin, not too thick. Wearable right out of the package, it comes nicely folded. I have a couple other shirts from this brand, they do shrink in the wash. I size up 1 and it's loose but not baggy there's a little room if it shrinks. The reason I wanted to review and took a picture because I wanted to share that the color "Mountainview Heather" looks more green in person. The photos make it look dark-dark greenish black. But then when I take pictures on my phone and it looks dark again like the amazon pic. So I don't know, i guess it's a trick of the light. It looks nice, I don't hate it. But it definitely looks more like a Forest or Hunter green.

I have nothing but good to say about the Legendary Whitetails Men's Long Sleeve Henley Shirt, so far as the shirt goes. Got mine in black with visible contrast stitching. I think it looks fantastic. The fabric is comfortable. The black is dark. The contrast stitching is good. It's soft but not overly so. I am very pleased and would recommend this shirt. That said, there is an issue with sizing. Some reviews say fit is true to size. Some say it runs small. Want to know who's right? Both are. I started with an XL. It was more like a large-and-a-half (in other words, a bit small). I decided I could live with that and threw it in the washer. It shrank just a bit. Now, this shirt is most certainly a Large. Drat! Too late to return it. So, I figured I would roll the dice and buy an XXL. Wouldn't you know it, the thing is true to size. I decided that, for the sake of science, this needed to be washed to see what happens. Would I get an XL out of it? No. It did shrink a little just like the first shirt leaving me with an XL-and-a-half. A bit big. Now I have two shirts that I like and neither fits just right. Here's my theory -- quality control issues. Some of the shirts are true to size and some run small. It's all luck of the draw. That's just a theory. Take it with a grain of salt. My advice to you is to buy assuming it is true to size, then return/exchange it for another of the same size if it's running small. Like I said at first, it's a great shirt. If you can get the right size, I do think you'll like it. Good luck!!

Whitetails rules! Their shirts are insane. Warm, comfortable, well made and fit great (XL). Sure, there are less expensive ones out there but not nearly as good.

Good shirt, not too thick or heavy but just thick enough, comfortable feel, color is good

Advertised as classic fit which supposedly means loose fitting. This shirt was extremely tight. Miss labeled size or simply miss identified as “classic fit”. Other than that it’s a very nice shirt.

Good quality

This is a well-made, comfortable casual shirt that is well made, pretty tough and is easy to wear and looks great. Sizing is always a problem online. These guys are maybe used to the US market so maybe extra large means 2Xl here. I am an extra large here in Australia so a large size for this shirt was perfect.
