This tea tree moisturizer works wonderfully for my hair! It leaves my hair and scalp feeling hydrated and refreshed without being greasy. The tea tree oil gives it an unpleasant smell that goes away quickly, but if you’re sensitive to smells, you will hate. It absorbs quickly and has really helped with my scalp. A nice choice for anyone looking for a moisturizer.

Great stuff, doesn’t leave your hair crunchy!

I've used the same product for years and they quit offering it, but I'm glad they did and that I found this! Much better! Doesn't leave my hair stiff and feeling caked. Love the smell, feels natural after my hair dries, but still has control. My only complaint is, Amazon chose to ship it in an envelope instead of a box with packing. The result was a broken pump.

In trying to reduce chemical pomade use to hold my hair, I tried this. Probably the same amount of chemicals etc; but this is thinner and hopefully better for skin. I leave my hair slightly damp, brush it, then spread this over palms and wipe over my hair and allow it naturally dry. It holds my shorter thin hair rather well throughout the whole day. Throughout the day I'll wet hands and run over my hair and it helps tame it down for the rest of the day. As a skin lotion it seems to work well, it leaves hands a little wet but dries quickly. Run it over face, neck, hands, arms and works well. I also use a thicker lotion, too thick by itself so mixing some of that and this product makes a perfect blend. The smell people complain about, is minor. There's a mix of tea tree and mental odor which is very faint and goes away very quickly.

So it has a very strong almost manly scent. I don't know how to describe it but I don't like how strong it is. I've tried other tea tree lotions and they didn't smell like this. It's not bad enough foe me not to use it but not good enough for me to want to buy it again. This is a personal preference I know so I'm only taking off one star. I guess I'm looking for a more neutral tee tree lotion that does cost $50 like the brand I used to get. A little goes a long way. It's very light and soothing. Works well hydrating skin and keeping the frizz away in my hair.

The lotion itself absorbs very quickly and doesn't leave a greasy feeling on your skin. The value for the dollar, especially at this 1L size, is very good compared to its primary competitor (Paul Mitchell). From a hydration perspective, it's night and day. Putting the Paul MItchell lotion on my dry shins needs multiple applications, but it takes one application with this product. The only real drawbacks, and I don't personally see them as drawbacks, is that the menthol cooling and the mint scent are more pronounced than with the Paul Mitchell product, which is very subtle. Within a few minutes, the bulk of the scent is gone and the cooling is subsiding, however, so if I lotion up before dressing, by the time I'm done dressing, it's just fine. All in all, I can highly recommend this product.

Great product but too expensive for the size.

I've only been using this for approximately a month or so... but I think it's because of this cream that the infected ingrown hairs I get sometimes, are occurring less often and lasting not as long... wanted to purchase again to see if this actually the case, but they are out of stock...I was starting to feel that this product MUST be in my life! Well done with this formula you guys!
