Jason has a great story to tell, a wonderful way of saying it and a terrific product - that said all of his books are roughly the same - as one would expect when the product is pretty definitive I guess.I love this mans enthusiasm and the way he speaks, if you don't already own a Jason Juicing Book I would urge you to buy one but not the whole set!

I borrowed this book from a friend and it was so good i decided to buy my own copy. Jason Vale's books are easy to read and he makes the subject interesting and is very inspiring. this is an excellent book for everyone - those just starting out on the road to wellness, and those already well on their path. Straight forward, interesting, amusing and factual, and the recipes are great. I have many others with more recipes but this one is the best for all round content.

I had recently bought slim for life. I like the way Jason Vale writes. Very frank and to the point.This book is the follow up and goes over ground found in fit for life, but more... there are also some recipies to help you on your journey to juicing.

A good healthy book well presented, but I've got to 48 years old and decided I can't live without carbs or chocolate, life's too short 😀

I only bought this book because it was a cheap used book. The writing style is very corny and even the author only gives it 3 stars. Having said that there is some useful information in the book about the value of juicing and worth a read if you can get it cheap.

This book is from 2003, not bad, buy it if you are a Jason Vale fan, and want to keep all of his books.If you want to buy a juicing book for the first time, buy a newer one with lovely colourful pictures.

Jason Vale's books are full of interesting information and great recipes and this one is up to the expected standard.
