At first, I was concerned about buying a couch online. I’m also very picky and don’t leave reviews often. But now, I’m so satisfied with the purchase, that I would recommend this product my own family. I’ll start with the shipping and customer service - the seller’s rep (Alisa) was very quick to respond to my questions and the items arrived by FedEx on the expected dates. Now about the product - the couch is very soft and great balance of firm + comfortable. It’s so easy to connect and rearrange. Honestly, the most impressive part of this purchase is the level of product quality - I’ve seen worst products for double the price point. Lastly, the installation couldn’t have been easier. The product is 95% assembled already, so I was able to connect the pieces in about 5-10 minutes. Thanks to the service, the quality and the fast shipping - we’re buying more additions for this couch and my family is too. Very satisfied client - thank you so much!

These modular sofas are great! Fabric is super soft and pieces can be combined to fit your needs. We had some sizing issue and our needs were addressed quickly and efficiently by the seller.

The only real complaint is that this is a “very” upright sofa. You sit very upright. But you get used to it after about a month. The versatility of this sectional is great. Being able re-arrange the pieces as needed is great. The best thing is how easy this fabric cleans up. Beads up etc. We save rescue dogs and have dogs crawling all over this sofa. Cats too. Vomit-Mud-dirt-urine so far come right off. Light scrubbing is all you need. It appears to be holding up structurally very well. The low profile backs of this sectional make a room look bigger. So far pretty happy.

Had a problem with the delivery. Customer service was very good. The couch is great. I can HIDY-UP when company unexpectedly arrives. I have changed the Configuration three times already. Now everyone has a place to sit 😁

We love this sofa! We purchased 10 seats with the extra arms. Our whole family can snuggle up and watch movies. I’m going to order a couple more pieces for ottomans. It’s so fun to be able to make it yours!

When I purchased this sectional, there weren't too many reviews, so I was really apprehensive about this purchase, especially not being able to see it in person. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the delivery. The color was beautiful and the sectional was every bit as nice as it is shown. I had a minor issue and customer service was wonderful, not only with correspondence, but with assistance. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the back of the sectional is a little low, but the pillows provide the extra height I desired. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service. They shipped the product within few minutes of ordering. Product as advertised. One of the modules got damaged during shipping. They addressed the issue promptly and replaced it immediately. Excellent service. I would give a five star. THANK YOU.
