I don't see why a man couldn't wear this. It has adjustable straps. It comes in one size fits all.

Does this help with under the chin pudge? And do you need to use any kind of cream/serum or does it work by itself?

This was very comfortable for me i don't see what there was to complain about unless your like double chin too the extreme and even if you are i would still recommend because it will make you sweat and it will be easier to lose that double chin. As for cremes/serums it only suggests to wash face after and use a toner and lotion, but that is completely optional the product will still work without.
