Q: Is this gas neon or argon? Does this help for acne or wrinkles? Or both?

From the color orange, it should be neon which is for anti-aging, not for acne. But the seller doesn’t specify it at all, I won’t purchase it from them since they don’t even state the rather basic info for this type of product.

Q: Do you need to use gell or a serum when using it?

You don’t need anything on your face. Clean and dry face then use directly on face or use a thing piece of gauze in between to help glide the electrode and also to help create more oxygen to the skin when a gauze is used in between! Just don’t leave in one spot on skin for longer than 10/15 seconds, it can burn your skin. Apply gel or serum, cream of your choice after your session because it helps absorb better into the skin from what I’ve read. My skin looks so good only after two sessions Omg 😮😍 This tool is amazingggg

Q: Does this have both neon and argon gases? Which wands are neon and which are argon?

All four glass tips emanate an orange glow. I just looked online and orange is neon. Neon is the anti aging light. Argon is for pimples and possibly other stuff. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the great results.

Q: How do you put in the glass attachments into the wand?

You just firmly hold the glass and insert in the wand while gently twisting the wand firmly but gently in until it stops, don’t force it because it will break being it’s glass!
