The yellow color is nice and after deploying in Michigan for a year, the wire still conducts 4000-7000V pulses to keep the cats out of my garlic. I also run it on the top of my chain link fence to keep the opossums and other things away.

Good for around my garden to keep animals out

I used this to help keep the dogs from digging out from under and climbing over our dog pen. Dogs quickly learned that the magic black and yellow wire is not to be touched. No escapes since early may since I installed it with a charging unit.

This was a great value when comparing price / size to big box stores. Used for our large garden and worked great to keep small and large animals out.

Bought this to replace old hotwire that I had been using around my garden to keep the deer away. I put it up today and it worked nicely. I was happy with the gauge of the wire. It wasn’t too small and will definitely be stout enough to hold up for many years of reuse. I’m happy with it.
