Perfect grip, sound is gud, worth it

Purchased this earbuds for running as it had an over the ear grip. I had to do two replacement before finally returning it. Both earphones had sound dropping issue and the sound quality was not great. It has a decent battery life and ok sound quality I would suggest this product if this was reliable and work without any issues.

Pros: 1. Sound quality for this price is great 2. Earhook design is good, stays on the ear comfortably. Cons: 1. Touch control response is average 2. Earbuds are not fitting into the ear perfectly due to the design. With vigorous movement (which ironically is the usage for which this is built), it tends to fall out.

One head has stopped working within 2 months of buying. How do I get in ontact with seller or how do I get help

Received faulty product. Sound quality good. But call quality very poor. Device auto disconnected after some time.
