Pre-workout's have gone
This isn't what was supposed to be and a lot of the pre-workouts have left UK the good ones that was 3-4 years ago where nowadays they just give you high doses of caffeine which isn't good. The ingredients are just 3/5 okay but I gave a serving to a friend at the gym and they didn't feel the rush and it was 20g 300mg caffeine but only 3g creatine and all the other doses are too low.What makes a pre-workout good is the drive without the high caffeine content, all you need is max 175g no more but the other doses should be more like limitless pre-workout where the caffeine isn't as high yet the other ingredients are max.This doesn't give me a buzz like the old days did, which suggests the government has stopped UK production of them and you can only get them in USA or China now.BSN cut down your caffeine please.

Good pre workout
A good pre workout, gives you consistent alertness each session. Goof when lifting heavy, I would never use for endurance sessions.

Avoid this seller!
They are sending deliberately the 2.0 formula.only because you stick a label doesn't mean that that the ingredients are miraculously changing inside.

High quality drink it fast
Amazing you can feel the veins expand as they are diluted and this help get rid of Lactic acid which In return make you pump bigger lifts!

The problem with this product is that it doesn't blend well with water, either creating foam at the top or having loads of powdery residue at the bottom of the glass.

Blue raspberry over apple
I've used this product a few times I normally get blue raspberry flavour tried this new apple one it's nice prefer the blue raspberry more just get more of a buzz from that flavour dunno why overall great product
