I usually don't write reviews but this one had to be done. Impeccable packaging and excellent attention to details on the shoulder bag. The straps are sturdy and can handle a decent load. The zippers are smooth. I was even able to stuff in my rain coat into it and had some more space for earpods and sunglasses. They also gave me a pen as a gift with a small note thanking me for the purchase. Excellent product and service. Go for it.
