I’ve tried multiple different Magnesium supplements over the last few years with various results but never anything really life changing. I suffer from chronic insomnia and even if I fall asleep, I wake up throughout the night. UNTIL NOW. These magnesium gummies are amazing and LEGIT. They WORK. For the first time I sleep through the entire night. No tossing and turning and staring at the ceiling. A sleep a FULL NIGHT through. Life changing for me. The only negatives I can write are they are very dense gummies and do stick to your teeth. the peach flavor is fine but not super yummy like candy so don’t expect that. It’s totally fine tasting though. Bottom line these are the best magnesium supplements I’ve taken that actually really work for me.

Great taste and really helps me fall asleep and stay asleep (menopause and all that wrecks my sleep and gives me insomnia most times).

Work soooo good I have like three different dreams a night and makes me so sleepy and I only take 1, only thing is the peach flavor tastes so weird and im a peach lover so maybe get a different flavor

These magnesium gummies have worked well for my child — they’ve supported calm, focus, and better sleep without any side effects. The raspberry flavor is nice, and I appreciate that they’re vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free. The texture, though, is quite firm. They often get stuck in my child’s teeth, so we’ve learned to soften them first by wrapping them in a paper towel and keeping them in a pocket for about 30 minutes. Brushing right after helps too. I never write reviews. But these little gummies deserved one. I have been struggling with sleep for years. Recently my doctor told me I needed to get off my over the counter sleep aid because they can cause memory issues later in life. I was looking for something more natural since I can’t take melatonin — it gives me weird dreams and normally only sleep til 3am on them. I was told to try Magnesium (how did no one tell me sooner??) I read a bunch of reviews of this product and saw the advice that it would take a few days to kick in and to be patient. That was accurate - the first two nights I woke up in the middle of the night per usual. BUT the 3rd night was AMAZING!! … And has been ever since. I’ve been sleeping so well. My Apple Watch is showing crazy stats like 2 mins awake, 4 hrs of Core, 2 hrs of REM, 1 hr of Deep. This is a first for me. And if I wake up to go to the bathroom I’m able to fall back asleep. I’m so impressed. I’ve already talked a few people into trying this product. Anyway. Good luck hopefully it’s works as well for you as it does me! Also - the raspberry flavor is great.

Wish I had a chance to actually try them, but unfortunately the product seemed a bit sketchy, so I had to throw them away. The seal was partially detached which scared me enough to do a sniff test and it smelled just like nail polish remover. I smelled more than twice to make sure and yeah it smelled like poison. I also had another vitamin, D3+K2, from this brand and it smelled normal. I decided to throw them in the trash. Way too risky to try this out. Hopefully, everyone else's products come in safe for them to try.

This is an excellent product for a clear and concise way to not only see the time, but the time of day; morning, afternoon, evening, etc. It was a game changer in our household with an elderly dad. I would highly recommend ordering this for all rooms in the house where family members need to see the time.
