Works Perfectly
The quality of this keyboard is outstanding. Something Apple would make. The iPad stays put very well via magnets. The trackpad is outstanding and the lighted keyboard is an absolute must have and works very well. That being said, one must understand the size of the keyboard. Works well but it is small and if you have large hands then just forget but if your hand size is small or medium then it will work well for you.

NEVER AGAIN
You can read my first review below - initial impressions, and all that. BUT the back pealed off and the rubber feet fell off within weeks and I cannot contact the seller to even ask for a replacement. You’ll notice I’m not the only one this defect has happened to. For $120, this is unacceptable.——————-First, the "bad." My iPad mini does not attach squarely into the case - it hangs about 1/8" offset from the case edges. It's more aesthetic rather than functional, but for $120 I expected precision. The hinge seem a little large for the smaller case, but it's really just about the diameter of the hinge on my iPad Pro 12.9's Magic Case. Same with the keyboard: it's a little thinker, but hey, there's a better in there! On the "good," it works pretty darn well overall. Nice key travel, the Apple Pencil is able to attach and recharge, and the backlit keyboard works fine. The bottom line: yes, I'd definitely buy it again. I just think $75-80 would be a better price point.Edited 10/9/23Tp-day the back panel came loose, evidently from poor adhesive. Looking for the manufacturer to respond.

Best iPad mini keyboard case but still not a great experience
The Good:- Physical keyboard with tab, command, option, control keys- Opens like an Apple Magic Keyboard case with no kickstand required- Built-in trackpad with multitouch gestures including two-finger scrolling, and three-finger swipes- Charges using standard USB-C port- Keys are backlit for use in dark environmentsThe Bad:- iPad mini screen is mostly at an upright 90º angle but should tilt back a bit more for better viewing angle- Keys are much smaller and more tightly spaced together, making a cramped and error-prone typing experience—even for small hands on kids- Separate battery in the keyboard case makes it thicker and heavier and needs to be charged separately from te iPadThe Ugly:- A high price to pay for a compromised user experience

The Hard to Impress - is Impressed
I admit I was skeptical, but this just came today and was easy to pair, quality (at least so far), and feels and fits great with my iPad mini. There is no wiggle room - fits it perfectly. I would buy this again. The very minor drawback are the instructions. They're very small and i can't find them on the web to make them bigger.

Striving for Magic Keyboard Vibes
This iPad Mini case aims for Magic Keyboard greatness, but unfortunately, the Mini’s size makes it impractical for my fingers. It functions like any other keyboard for the Mini, neither standing out nor disappointing. While it doesn’t quite hit the mark for me, it might suit those with smaller fingers seeking a familiar typing experience. No major praises or complaints – just a functional addition to my Mini setup.

Great little keyboard
I was looking for a case/keyboard combo that was easy to remove as most of the ones out there have to be snapped into. This one connects to the case magnetically so it is easy to go from looking like a mini computer to my tablet I can write on. I use this in a warehouse setting as it is much more convenient to walk the warehouse with this rather than having to carry around my laptop. I am able to access my work programs making me more productive. Yes, the keyboard has some weight to it but it needs to so the iPad does not flip over. Oh, and I love the touchpad, such a fun little feature. If your looking for a keyboard similar to what Apple offers for their Pro products then this keyboard is for you.

Could be better
Loved the fact that it uses a USB-C charger and that it’s the style of the Apple Magic Keyboard.Did not like how it shifted when I placed my iPad on it. It was on the wobbly side and felt like it’d fall if I typed on it. The keys also did not feel smooth. I ended up returning it since it did not fully fulfill what I wanted in a keyboard.
