Great product and excellent customer service! The first one arrived broken, but with these fragile pieces, that can happen. I did a return, and the company immediately sent the second one. It works just as it should, and my grandkids are going to love it! The detail is exceptional - it is a beautiful piece!

Nice and interesting animation and lighting. Unfortunately, due to careless and sloppy packaging, two pieces had to be re-glued into position. The factory box was shipped loose inside a larger box; without any bubble-rap or cushioning. This allow the factory box to rattle-around inside the larger box...lending to broken parts. Shipping employees need to give better care and consideration to this issue!!

I love the detail with the Popcorn Factory. I like it better with the sound off. I have a lot of other Christmas decorations that make sounds. The annoying, repetitive soundtrack does not add to the charm of the building and is not missed.

It's really cool! I love the way the little popcorn pops when you turn it on.

Their were broken pieces and the popcorn popping station was all emptied out. All the little white foam balls were all over the package and would not stay inside the popping part. What a joke for the money!

Tolles LEMAX Gebäude mit sehr schönen Bewegungseffekten. Auch wenn mein zuerst geliefertes Gebäude mehrere Defekte aufwies: Eine Ersatzlieferung hat mich voll und ganz zufrieden gestellt. Auf youtube findet man schöne Videos, die die Bewegungseffekte anschaulich machen.

I have read terrible reviews of damaged products, but mine arrived in perfect condition and within 1 week. The popcorn factory is quite heavy, with a mix of plastic, Poly resin , clear plastic film for window and the popping tower clear container which has a thicker plastic, not easily bend when pressed. The action is nice but not too smooth on the rotating popcorn belt. But that's OK, I like it rustic and imperfect which adds to the charm.

The pop corn factory came with a working popecorn machine at top. This stopped working 3 weeks after purchase.
