The skin on my lower legs is very thin and if I graze or wound the skin, it can take an age for the skin to heal. I recently had two minor accidents - on one leg, when closing my car door I caught the corner of the door on my leg making a nasty gash. On the other leg, I grazed it on the corner of a small table. In each case, by applying one of these dressings at night, and replacing it in the morning, within a week the wounds had skinned over with no scabbing, and within three weeks, completely healed. These excellent dressings are absorbent, don't stick to the wound, adhere well, but are easy to remove without discomfort.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.Just a point about the dressings not being in a box:In my instance, the box was flat in the package, which keeps postal costs down and enables the package to fit through a letter box. The box can then be unfolded into its correct size in which to store the dressings. A neat idea!

Concerns around the waterproof claim on amazon vs labelling. However, seem to be waterproof indeed.

Just slightly smaller than the usual adhesive pad dressing and perfect for my finger wound!Excellent adherence, absorbency and the adhesive cloth cuts cleanly where it has to fold over itself and doesn’t fray like other makes.Will reliably stay in place for days.

I’ve been using these as dressings after surgery and they’re really good. Needed replacements and this was the only one of the right size available on Amazon. Bit disappointed they come loose and not in a box like the ones I had before

Good item for the money

Site of wound slow to heal, & as it has to be covered but be able to breathe these are the best. As used by the medical profession!When I finished the pack I bought a different, cheaper make. A mistake: after a couple of days my skin started reddening & blistering - presumably caused by the adhesive.
