Lasted one month with light use
I LOVED this nail file. Until it just... stopped working after a month of light use. It will turn on and spin but the motor struggles and the speed control does nothing. The bit stops immediately when it touches the nail.

Pro: EASY TO USE Con: Cord malfunction
I love the product. It does THE job. Easy to use. HOWEVER, the cord has a short in it after 2 months of use. I ONLY do my nails twice per month I hope it’s just a defect of this one. I will buy again to test it out or get cord replaced, so we will see.

I loved this drill, but…
It was such a great handheld drill and I love the company, I have so many products from them but this is the second drill I’ve bought from them and both times the battery’s went out on me. 5 stars for all the other amazing products but I wish the batteries and chargeable batteries would survive longer than 3month.Edit: Customer Support reached out to ask what are the problems were and sent me a whole new drill for the inconvenience! Thank you so much for caring about your customers!

Good drill, bad wire
I’ve used this nail drill probably about 10 different times. It’s a great drill and easy to use as someone that’s more of a beginner/intermediate user. It’s easy to adjust the speed and does its job efficiently. It was a great drill to use until the power cord stopped working which was kind of disappointing since I didn’t use it that much. It would be great to have the option to replace just the power cord.

Great starter nail drill!!!
This product is a great starter mail drill. It has enough options for salon manicures at home. I use it for my gel nails, and life is easier and the nails look salon fresh. Very easy to use, I am actually in love with the product. It comes with starter file pads, but you go through those quickly. I like the variety of drill options so I know what refills to purchase next. Definitely recommend this product.
