1)There is a bend in the charging point due to which unable to charge.2) Missing 'call vibration' feature for which product was purchased (tested with available battery)

NOT ABLE TO RETURN THIS TIME
The quality of their product is worse than you could ever imagine. It is extremely of poor quality and when I returned for replacement my order got cancelled and now Im stuck with this faulty earphone.The bluetooth is faulty and doesn't even connect how will I be able to use this? And Amazon isn't helping me out with this replacement.
