Our product is a 5 metre roll of uncut sports tape. We feel that this makes sure you aren't restricted when it comes to the numerous application techniques that you can make use of.

Q: Can I reuse this tape?

No. Our tape should be applied, worn for purpose then removed and replaced with fresh tape when needed.

Q: How easy is the tape to remove?

We've done everything we can to make the tape easy to remove. We advise using either baby oil or soapy water. Applying it to the tape for 5 to 10 minutes, then with the skin taut, pulling the tape with the direction of hair growth.

Q: Will the tape leave marks or residue behind?

We have worked to create our tape with skin health in mind, we've created & tested the glue used to ensure that our tape is both hypoallergenic and won't leave any issues behind. Including glue residue, blisters or skin burns.
