Failed 2nd day
It failed after 2 days. The loop that is supposed to be used with the supplied clip to hold the bag to a belt loop shredded on the second day. Worse still if I hadn't heard the bag hit the floor I'd have lost the epipen too! I don't expect to pay top dollar price for an item that fails almost immediately you start to use it.

Clip isn't very reliable.
The bag is fine, fits 2 EpiPen but the loop that attaches the clip to the bag just shredded after a couple of days hanging from my belt.

Opened up package and the loop and loop holder fell off very very disappointed it wasn’t cheap!
