Well set out book
Lots to like about this book - the pieces are well chosen and there are explanations about the different styles and techniques. There are quizzes and activities to do too, and pieces that teach a particular style.

A fantastic book for the intermediate pianist
A fantastic book for the intermediate pianist! This book includes a wide variety of appealing styles from ragtime and reggae to Baroque dance suites. Regular ‘Quick learn’ pieces which pupils love for instant success are interspersed regularly with repertoire that is provides an appropriate amount of challenge for this level. Theory is included as well as useful information needed for aural tests, GCSE and A-level music. Very highly recommended!

This book is highly recommended, Im a piano teacher for over 25 years and this book is my go to for my intermediate level students. It's a great introduction to various genres and styles and it's enjoyable to work through
