More like a promotional video than an instructional one.
It's ok, thought it would have more actual techniques than showing seminar participants. It's more like a promo than a tutorial instructional video. He would probably kick me around if he read this, lol, I'd probably learn more, lol.

Good techniques - poor video quality
I like MDS. But this video as well as Vol. 3 represents a quality (video, not contents) from past centuries. Too dark, low contrast, noisy signal, strange size and very annoying dropouts. Every smart phone offers better quality.I added one frame.
