I gave it a four because the batteries were not included like it was suppose to. It cleans pretty good. The vibration of the machine, however, after a bit starts to irritate the hand.

It does work as shown, however the spinning dries the brushes more than cleaning them. You really have to soak them first then spin to dry.

I like it because it does clean the brushes
