Love these!! They have helped me survive the day after a late night! Lemon and lime flavour are my favourite. Energy levels increase and dissolves easily in water.

Decent taste, could do with more of a flavour as with 500ml water it feels too diluted. But the sodium and other electrolyte contents in it are great for endurance and hard training.

We all know why we buy this, helps a lot but you need to drink one before going out and one early in the morning. Doesn't remove the bad feeling but helps. Easy to resolve and the taste is okay. If you have muscle spasms this will work really well. It's a bit expensive without a discount

Love this stuff, initially bought it to try help hangovers. Although it doesn’t completely get rid of the hangover feeling, if you take one before your night out and then one in the morning, recovery is definitely much quicker than without these!I have also started taking them when I feel a bit run down or when recovering from migraines. The electrolytes give a good pick me up for the day!Have tried orange and water melon flavour's so far, both are very refreshing and taste great.

Bit overrated in my honest opinion.. Felt no real difference.. Nice flavour though and taste refreshing... Purchased other brand same time as this for half the price to compare contents,.. Ingredients ect.. same great taste and freshness in the cheaper brand

Great flavour really helps hydrate your body especially in the warmer weather, helps stop muscle cramps due to the electrolytes. Dissolving easily out mine in a bottle of water and gave a good shake.I will be buying again.
