The only thing I didn’t like is no samples or instructions!

Cuts great but very thin and as I was cutting then apart, it sliced my finger. Could have been operator error.

I do wish the metal was sturdier, but I love the cards I have been able to make. There are no instructions, but once you take apart all the pieces that are connected with the thin metal, it is easy to lay the pieces out and easy to make.

These dies didn't come with instructions; had to go on YouTube to figure it out. The dies are very thin and the piece that is supposed to cut the "steps" is very delicate. I was worried about damaging it while separating it from the outer pieces. Unfortunately, the dies cut where they were supposed to score and scored where they were they were supposed to cut. Where it should have cut and didn't, I had to cut it with an Xacto knife and because it was dull, it looked awful when I was done. I tried different types and weights of cardstock/paper and they all had the same exact issue in the same exact places. So, I know it wasn't a matter of trying something better or different. I should have bought a more expensive product from a name brand company. Sometimes saving a few dollars isn't worth the aggravation of returning or trying to get a refund. Sad that there isn't more quality control. Oh, and when I wrote the seller to see if there were instructions for the dies so that I didn't damage them taking them apart (i.e. separating what might not need to be separated), this is the response I received: "Thank you for your support and affirmation of our products. This 3D Card Shape Die Cut needs to separate them all, and then press out the cards one by one and then paste them together. I'm sorry that we don't have stock in hand at the moment, so we can't record screen or take pictures for you to show. All our best wishes for you." No helpful at all. I know to take the dies apart, run them through the die cutting machine, and glue them together. Duh. So, clearly not English speaking and instructions not helpful at all. Received a refund for this item because it's not worth the money, the time, or the aggravation.

I don't understand the negative reviews. This die cut and embossed just like it should. I'm an advanced card maker and had no trouble at all with this die. I made 6 cards within an hour right out of package. It was self-explanatory and doesn't need instructions, just look at pictures provided. Cut out on machine, tape/glue layers, fold.... add your embellishments and stamps, done!

I returned this without using, it seemed very flimsy And smaller than expected

Wish it included instructions

Was not expecting so many pieces, but was easy to assemble & the card was a hit! Would recommend this die cut 👍
