I have very thin shoulder length hair, so the ability to adjust temperature to a lower heat was great, together with the ceramic plates that distribute the heat evenly. The flat iron glides well, and straightens and smooths in a couple of passes. Plus, the auto-off feature is just what I needed for peace of mind. It's simple to operate and maneuver, so it works perfectly for me!

My search for a new hair straightener is finally over!! And I couldn't be happier!! On 7/22/24, I purchased this beautiful Ella Bella ceramic hair straightener, that also styles in other ways like wavy, or curls. It's quite amazing! I've never had one that does all that, or one that even came with a heat protecting glove, and a heat protecting holder, that is also the mat you set it on to protect your surfaces, like this product comes with!! It also has amazing features like, Temperature Control, that quickly goes all the way up to 450°, (which is perfect for me, because my hair is very thick, with big curls, and is so long, it goes past my behind) which shows on the bright blue LCD screen. And it DOESN'T MAKE MY HAIR STINK, OR PULL OUT MY HAIR!! It has an auto shut off after 60 minutes, in case you accidentally forget to turn it off. I actually unplug it, and put it in the heat protecting bag. It also has a plate lock, so it locks in place to keep it closed when not in use. A really nice swivel cord, that has a velcro wrap to keep the cord nice and neat when ready to store away. It also comes with a 2 year warranty!! It's been just over a month, and I went to Mexico for 2 weeks. Let's just say, my hair stayed straight for days in-between washes, (4 days). The hot weather did not faze my hair at all!! No frizz, just beautiful straight hair, that I couldn't stop touching!! My friends and family thought I did something different to my hair. But it's more like, I bought something different for my hair!! BYE BYE REVLON you lost a faithful customer when you switched my favorite hair straightener, from ceramic, to ceramic coated. It made my hair smell so so badly it eas embarrassing!! I AM NOW FOREVER AN ELLA BELLA GIRL!! My friends, and family WILL be following. A couple already did last week. So when I tell you, this is the greatest investment for your precious hair, I MEAN IT!! Ruth, the owner talks to you, to make sure everything is going well, if you have questions, or need advice on your product. She IS AMAZING!! WITH IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This review is more about the customer service I received than the item itself. Although the straightener is very good and does exactly what I need it to do. It heats up very quick, it straightens and smooths my hair in minutes and I don't feel like it is pulling or breaking my hair. I also like that the buttons are positioned so I don't change or turn off/on while in use. So, overall I am happy with the product, but more importantly was the customer service I received when my straightner stopped working properly. It started turning itself off in mid-use and reverting back to a lower start temperature everytime I turned it back on. I was getting ready to replace it when I remembered I had activated the warranty when I purcashed it. I couldn't remember the length of the warranty so I reached out to Ruth at Ella Bella to inquire about the warranty. I received a response within an hour, the warranty was 2 years and I was well within that so after some back and forth, answering some questions regarding the issues and sending a video and pictures required to verify the issue and identify my product, I was informed that a new straightener would be shipped out within 24 hours and no need to send the defective one back. This was on a Saturday and as promised I received notification that the item was on it's way on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday. It just feels like an anomaly these days when a company one offers a warranty, then honors the warranty without having to jump through a bunch of hoops and makes the process simple and then follows through not only with the replacement but continued communicaton to make sure I am satisfied. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend purchasing products from them!!!

I have tried many other flat irons. This one is absolutely the best! It heats properly, has adjustable temperatures, and the surface is very smooth that goes on your hair…no pulling. I am so happy with my purchase!

I have very long, thick and curly hair. This straightener works so well and my hair looks nice and smooth when done. The owner checks in on occasion and I find that kind of personal attention quite extraordinary.

The flat iron has multiple temperatures to select from. It heats up to the selected temperature in a timely manner. It is not too heavy to handle and is quite manageable. It straightens my hair but it does not seem to keep my hair as straight though the day as my previous flat iron. It has several protective features to prevent burns and I believe it is of good quality for the price.

I just received my Ella Bella Hair Staightener a few days ago and Im so happy that this is the one I chose out of al the many ones out there! The quality is great and professional looking. Within a few seconds after turning it on it heats up to the desired temperature.. It looks and works wonderfully. Thanks Ella for making such a great product.
