Fables: The Deluxe Edition Book Ten

It was a good read, with some interesting ideas and funny moments. However due to the fact that it was a crossover there are some characters who might go over your head if you haven't read the jack of Fables graphic novels. That being said there were many moments in the graphic novel well I did break into a smile and laugh because of the hilarious moments in this book. If you are only a fables fan this is still worth your time but you may have to play catch up due to the complex storyline. In summary, this book continues the high quality of writing and storytelling of fables and is a welcome addition to the series.

MORE FABLES!After two rather deceiving deluxe edition, we finally return to what they were made for. Gather as many Fables paperback as possible and logical with the storyline. Here it's nearly 500 pages of Fables stories you will get and enjoy (if you like Fables).Story wise, I feel that after a bit of slowing down of the main intrigue in the past volumes (at least the last 2 deluxe edition) we're back on the track and it gets scary... I really enjoy reading Fables!

Kind of disapointing as it's more a Jack of Fabels story with guest appearence from Fabels characters, and if you have not read the Jack series it's a long stretch without any contenuation of the Fabeltown storyline.

Like someone else said, it's more of a jack story. I loved fables but this feels like a cash grab. For me, fables ended with volume 9. I bought vol. 10 and didn't finish it and don't plan to buy vol. 12

Willingham does it again. This is another great collection of Fables that doesn't disappoint. Can not wait for book 8.
