Used for Pilates - so much more stable than a foam block. Great for developing core strength when balancing on one leg.

This foam block is really lightweight yet sturdy and comes in lovely colours. I find a foam block slightly softer and more comfortable than cork for using under your head whilst still maintaining enough strength for other uses.

I have sciatica and it is very important for my yoga exercises to have a solid support on my back and knees or wrists as well and yoga matters block really helps it is very sturdy and solid

Everything about this product is perfect, the size, price, texture, quality and colour. I bought this to use in my pilates classes and not use the premises equipment to minimise contamination (god knows how many people have touched them, put them on their faces etc) worth every penny

Yes it's a block and it does what it says on the tin, so to speak, but it's pricey and not amazingly special.
