This NADH complex from Aesticum relieves my chronic fatigue enough so that I can get housework done. I took one every 3 hours on a regular day where I had just the usual chores to do. On days where I need to do an extra chore, like planting a plant, then I need to take one extra cap. This energy formula doesn't cause jitters. I've found it's necessary to stop dosing mid-afternoon so that you're allowed about 6 hours from last dose until the time you start getting ready for sleep. Overall a helpful med that's good value for the money. I've been taking NADH from one brand or another for quite awhile now. Please note that, if you're starting this nootropic for the first time, It can take a few weeks before you start to feel the energy bank in your cells have been rejuvinated.
