lakeland 80 Assorted Cream Paper Doilies – 4 Designs Circular Oval & Rectangular

I looked around for a while before settling on these Lakeland doilies. Doilies now seem quite scarce on the high street but Amazon have a wide choice. So why plump for Lakeland? - I knew they'd be great quality and with 80 in the pack and 4 differently sized designs, they were very versatile too. And they were available on Prime one-day delivery which was useful as being close to Christmas, I knew Amazon would deliver on time. I wanted to use them for Christmas buffets - but the pack's so large they'll last me ages with no need for skimping and a much better alternative to scrunched up paper napkins. One thing I was a little unsure of - the colour is described as 'cream' and originally I'd had white in mind. I was glad to see when they arrived that the doilies weren't a yellowish cream, just slightly off-white. I happened to stick them next to a M&S Christmas cake in the kitchen and the icing on that, which I'd assumed to be white, was an exact match - so if you're after 'white', don't discount these. All the designs in the pack are attractive and intricate and will really bring the buffet table together. Great value too!

Very pretty doilies, good sizes, Ideal for functions, but I use them for crafting.

Just as expected. Delivered on time, Old fashioned I know, but I like them. Good quality.

The doilies are lovely, really good quality - as I said above, it was a shame the driver folded the package and shoved them through the letterbox, when we were both in, waiting for the delivery!
