Where do you mount the speaker? Seems bulky and obtrusive in the picture.

The speaker is small about the size of your thumb, I mounted mine next to my radio panel. Ita has a sticky pad you stick it to the dash them the speaker attaches to that its not in the way nor is it bulky.

If Alexa works there, this should. It piggy backs off your phone app Alexa.

Does this one work with Samsung Galaxy S10 phones? first gen didn't

It should work with any phone that has Bluetooth capability and the Alexa App, it worked with my Galaxy S-10 prior to my getting a S-20

Will calls still through car bluetooth without going through alexa services and music connect through echo? Car hasphone bluetooth but music needs Aux

Calls go thru Bluetooth, you can choose whether it’s the Bluetooth from your stereo or thru your phone. Alexa is only connected via your phone connection. It is not a stand alone product.
