PROSNails grew. Knees don't hurt that much anymore. Dissolves in chai very quickly, does not clump at all.CONSThe smell is like swamp water! The price is really expensive. don't know much about whether my hair had any effect as of yet.I have tried a few other ones such as Vital Proteins and Collagen Peptides by Live Conscious. So, I wanted to try a different product so I gave this one a chance.The PRICE is pretty expensive...$38 including taxes.First of all, I just received it today so it's my very first day. I had already drank my first and only cup of tea in the morning and I didn't want to have another one even though it's decaf around 6 pm (now)So, I mixed 10 grams (the scoop given) in one glass of water and it does dissolve very quickly but with some stirring. I will know tomorrow morning how it dissolves in my tea. It does not have any taste but it does, really, very faint though if you keep it in your mouth and move it around to REALLY feel the taste which I did. Let me try to describe the taste and smell.it tastes like swamp water! Yes, it does but very faint. Of course, I have never drank swamp water but have smelled it on my travels. So, I know!I am pretty sure that it would be different meaning tasteless in tea or other beverages. I just mixed it in water because I didn't want to have second cup of chai.Let's see what kind of "good" effects or benefits it has on me after the whole bag is finished.I will edit and write about the benefits on skin hair and joints, etc.EDIT....so, it's been almost 1 month now and I have been taking this in my morning cup of chai every single day. And, sorry to tell you guys that it has a negative swam smell to it or something similar to like "damp clothing" smell. You know how leave damp clothing in the dryer until the next day because you forget to turn on the dryer for whatever reason and then you smell your clothes the next day!Yup! That's the smell.So, try it see if you can tolerate the smell. Maybe, you might not be that sensitive to smells as I am.

Great Product, tasteless and dissolves easily. I definitely see an improvement in my skin and hair, at age 77 that’s amazing result!

This is my 3rd bag of this awesome collegan powder. I mix it with a cup of milk and it really works. I have seen a big difference with my hair texture and my skin. But most of all for my joints. Move very easily and no pain. I highly recommend trying it. It’s pricey but so worth it.

I am not sure what to expect except my nail are strong and my hair is nice. Hopefully they are helping my bones. I did go from Osteoporosis to osteopenia !It mixes well with my coffee and I don’t taste it. I would recommend it.
