PuraFlame Remote Handset for Galena, Celia, Provo and Rossano Electric Fireplace Heater

Works perfectly for our electric fire place bought one similar but some features didn’t work. This one is perfect.

This remote does not work. It lights up just like the one that came with the fireplace, but it will not turn the fireplace on or change any other functions. It’s a scam, do not buy. It cost almost as much to return it as it did to buy it. I suspect the manufacturer knows this and is hoping you will just give up when you find this out. I returned it 2 weeks ago and have not gotten a refund yet.

Actually worked with my fireplace wasn’t to happy with the time it took but still happy it worked
