Great support and high quality
Got it for my partner who will have his 2nd hernia surgery. First time around he didnt use anything, so we want to make sure that this time around we do everything possible to avoid having the 3rd surgery. First of all, this is of high quality, which is important. He tried it on and was really happy about how it feels and is confident that this will help. The material feels very nice, not scratchy but very comfortable on skin. He has quite sensitive skin, so it it great that it doesn't cause any uncomfortably. He says the it really supports the area where the surgery took place, so it is effective too. Really good price. I would suggest to anybody who is going to have a hernia surgery to get this.

Excellent support does what you need it to.
I tried many makes before finding this one. It suits me so well that I have bought a second one so that I`ll have a spare if one gets damp from playing badminton, or is in the wash. My only small criticism is that I find it a bit too wide for my body, and by cutting it down to 15 cms wide it now suits my particular torso/hernia better. It would be nice if they made it in other widths

Speedy Delivery.
Got this as I am waiting to see a surgeon for umbilical hernia op in October this year, band is good and keeps the hernia in place, however, as I am a woman , the depth of the band can rub sometimes as it is too deep for my torso , I think better suited to a mans torso , despite my being 5 foot 8 inch tall .

These hernia supports are great. I bought three.
These hernia supports are great. I have an umbilical hernia, not too large, but this support enables me to do exercise and heavy work like green oak carpentry. As my weight fluctuates I have bought a couple of different sizes. This is a replacement as I lost the previous one. For really heavy or risky work I use two belts, with a beer mat in between over my belly button/mushroom. This survived being assaulted by five people in a mental hospital. The things they supply are more like hard breast implants, but two of them would fit in an A cup bra if you were that way inclined.

So Uncomfortable
The Velcro on This Is Very, Very Stiff and Sharp. I Have Washed Both purchased, as per Instructions But it Does Not make Any difference. Only Way for My Husband to Wear These, Are Over A Tee Shirt, Which Defeats The Objest of wearing descreetly under your clothes. I Would Not Recommend These Against your bare skin.

Great support but uncomfortable fabric
I have a hernia post stoma. This product great and keeps everything in, however the fabric is quite uncomfortable and the top/bottom of the support garmet digs in. 3stars for support but its not that easy to wear.

Comforatble, and peace of mind.
Bought one for when I am lifting heavy beehives, to save any complcations with a small umbilical hernia. Works a treat, and surprisingly comfortable. I find it easier to wear over a thin shirt, which is also easier for removal when the lifting is done.I was so impressed I bought another for my son, who helps me move bees and has the same problem and is equally enthusiastic.

Very uncomfortable if worn without pad
The pad has a Velcro fastening and the spiky part is on the inside of the belt. So it is very scratchy if you do not have the pad on. Alternatively, if you turn the belt inside out, it sticks to clothing. Why don't they put the spikes on the pad?
