Carbs of which is sugars is 28g, is that not very high in sugar? How much Chicory root does it contain?

It states that it is 100% soluble organic chicory. The 28g sugars is per 100g of product - so the whole jar. I have not worked it out, but that’s probably only 1 or 2 grams per cup. I’m a type one diabetic and I use 2 teaspoons per cup and have not noticed that it makes much difference to my blood glucose.

what is the use-by date? because the jar shown is the old model - out of date for months.

Can’t see the date on the jar but it may have been on the inner seal that has been torn off, it is the new shape jar though ‘ I’ve bought them before & they’ve all been fine
