Gets hot
I really like this product it came in handy especially when I went to concerts and my phone went dead. Only thing I dnt like it is once it's done charging ur phone it dnt stay charged nd it gets really hot while charging my phone. But overall I would buy again

Worked as i hoped, not bulky
My battery drains fast even when not using. This was great when I forgot my charging cord; I brought the wrong one. Easy to charge and use, worth the money, great travel buddy, small and compact.

Convenient
I love how easy and convenient this is. I took it to Disneyland and it lasted the whole day. Good size to store in bag. And easy to carry around.

Fast charging
Fast charging and portable size is convenient but if you have a case it won't fit. You have to take it off for it to fit. Says the battery percentage on the outside which is great.

Overheating issue
Unfortunately I got a defective one. Every time I use the unit it self it over heated.

not sure it's got a full charge
for clarity, i have not just done a test to see, but i use it under natural circumstances. i don't often let my battery drain that much during the day so i only use this pack in "emergencies"...the time ive used this with the lowest amount of battery, i seem to have drained the entire battery pack without getting 100% charge on my phone.while this is a convenient item that doesn't take up too much space in a pocket or bag with no need for extra cords, i wouldn't currently recommend it to someone with a habit of going out all day with a low battery, just someone who needs to occasionally top up in a pinch.**UPDATE**I've had this item for several months and never gotten a full charge but today i was able to see my phone was 28%. the battery pack was 100%. the battery pack is now at 0% and my phone is only 56% charged after draining the whole battery pack. definitely not for heavy users.
