I run outside 3-4 days/week, and, despite trying different shoes, many of my toenails are thickened. I learned this is because of the repeated pressure on the nail, not a fungus or something that can be treated. That said, I purchased this to buff down my thickened nails so I can paint over them without it looking crazy. It works perfectly and is much more manageable than manually filing them down (what I was doing before). I also use this to buff away the cuticle and buff around my toes - pumice stones and foot files can't really get around those toes. For $20, you really can't get any better. A tip: you may want an extension cord handy, as the cord is fairly short and you might struggle finding a good spot to buff.

I started doing my own nails and other people’s nails about 4 months ago, at first I kinda regretted getting this file but that was when I was using the diamond bits, if you are trying to do acrylics buy a separate bit for acrylic!!! Diamond bits (the gray ones that come in a little package) that come with all e-files are for natural nails only, so therefore if trying to file your acrylic with one you will become annoyed because not as much product is coming off and you will want to adjust the speed higher and cause you to burn your nail for a second! After I got my separate bit for filing acrylic I absolutely love this drill. You don’t need you speed as high to take much off! I recommend this to starters it’s good for your first year or even more.*it stopped working on me just yesterday, if you don’t have clients and just doing your own nails this will be good. I used this about 2 times every week so!

This has lasted for a couple months so far and I’ve had no problems using it. I do my nails at home and this is invaluable when prepping the cuticles.Update: the cord got a short in it 3 and a half months after I got it. I used it quite a bit before then. Still probably worth buying for the price.

I purchased this drill at the end of April and used it 2 weeks after I received it. Here it is now July 5th and in an attempt to manicure my nails, the drill went out after ONLY 3 USES! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND A WASTE OF MONEY! I cannot return it due to a return window, (bs) to even get a full let alone a partial refund for this horrible product. To the buyers out there, please research when purchasing these drills to ensure it's of good quality and will last more than just 2 months. To the sellers of this product, if you are going to charge 80.00 for a drill please ensure that you are selling quality products being that ppl are spending their hard earned money to buy it. You start a company to make money, ok but to RIP ppl off in running your business is WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I WILL SUE IF NEED BE!

Nail machine is small. Came with all the nesscery parts. It is better than expected. I don’t see the same problem as mentioned on other reviews. It works out with all my fingers and the machine itself is not hot or buring at all. Machine is adjustable into different level of pressure when working on nails. I would recommended to anyone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of money in nail machine. This product does a good job.

Ive had this nail drill for about 2 years and I have only used it about 5 times and after the 3rd or 4th time the nail drill started to make a loud humming noise. The nail drill still works but it does not run at a slow pace when is much needed for filing the cuticle. The nail drill was more useful before the drill begun making a noise. I have to buy a new nail drill because it does not perform all the necessary functions and it sounds like it is going to go out anytime.
