Great product
I’ve lived in 2 houses with central vac systems. In the 1st house, I replaced the original tool after it was been used quite a bit with this one. Was very pleased. We built a new home and I really disliked the new head on it. Possibly because I of how well I liked this one. So I replaced it too.

Brushes catch hair
If you have pets and fur on the floor this brush is not so great. The thick brushes around the base push the fur/hair and ends up getting bogged down before it can go into the suction of the the vac. I have to stop every few minutes to suck off the hair. If you do not have pets - it may be fine -otherwise pick another one

Great vacuum tool
This is a great addition to my vacuum package. I tried it out on my tile floors and I loved the way it smoothly picked up everything, especially the pet hair.

Trying to Fight Hairs on Carpet
I'm not 100 percent happy with this because it does not fit properly. It works good enough, so I did decide to keep it. I primarily wanted it to get the many hairs on top of the carpet in my daughter's room who sheds like crazy. I wanted something with stiff bristles. The hairs get so caught up in the electric motor head and are a pain to pull/cut out.

Great Addition to a Home Vac System
We use an in-house vac system and this tool was a great addition. Works very well and makes cleaning hard surfaces quick and easy--particularly good if you are worried about a tool marring the surface of your hardwood floors. Great tool.

Seems good
This vacuum head seems to pick up dirt well and maneuvers easily. It is an improvement from my prior hard-floor attachment which had worn to the point that it was scratching my floors. Time will tell how well the brushes on the bottom hold up.

Not great for pet hair or anything beyond crumbs
If you have pet hair, this is not a good tool- it just pushes the hair around, never really collecting it. Anything beyond basic crumbs are also hard to suck up. Overall, not as good as their previous wood floor attachments.

Does the job
Replace a broken broom. Works as expected. There is no hole for the push pin to lock the thing in place. Did not bother me as its holding just fine with the tight fit.

Received a completely different product. Not NuTone branded, no hole for the attaching to the wand.
