A handy tool.
Long lasting equipment, this is my second one after my first eventually cracked apart. Although never having had to use them in anger, it's good to know that I've got this little bit of kit in my pocket at work, or my own vehicle. The blade looks up to standard for its job. And I have tested the punch on a piece of cork occasionally, so it's not damaged, and the other surface isn't either.Easy for anyone to use from a pensioner, to a young child.

It works
I got to test this on a load of old windows I took out. It works brilliantly. I have no doubt it would break a car window in an emergency. A great bit of kit to have on your car keys

Unused but makes me feel secure.
Great pocket size device. Purchase this to replace a lost one, I haven't used it yet but I tested it on some timber, from the impact sound and the indentation it seems very effective.

Excellent safety device, all vehicles should have one.
Purchased to attach to my 14yo son's Thomashilfen rehab car seat just in case we're involved in an accident, as currently he can't get out of the five point harness due to the buckle guard/locking chest clip. It seems like it will do the job which hopefully will never come, plus if we came across an accident we'll have an easy way to break that vehicle's windows.

Good Little Tool
Good little thing to have in your car in case of emergencies. My friend had an accident where the side panels got pushed back and prevented doors from opening and the car was smoking like mad and he couldn't break the window he had to wait until someone could do it from the outside. You just never know something as simple as this in an emergency could save your life.

Very compact and simple to use.
Takes up very little space and has a child resistant clip over the very sharp blade. I tested device on a ceramic tile and surprisingly it cracked so should work on tempered glass. It comes with a key ring to attach to your car key, no use on keyless ignition, and a mini cable tie. Having been in a vehicle that rolled and experienced the near impossibility of pushing your entire body weight up with one arm to ease tension on the belt and try to release near locked solid buckle with the other I regard this sort of device as a must. I have had other makes but they are are all large and very difficult to locate in a sensible position in a modern car, so finally finding a compact device is great. The most important thing is that the device is accessible for driver and passenger no matter which way up the vehicle is which is why the maker sells a separate useful fixing kit which should really be included with the device. I bought two devices and two accessory kits and attached one to each sunvisor. While waiting delivery of the accessory kit I temporarily used the keyring with a loop of 1.5mm shock cord and placed it over the automatic gear selector which works quite well. After recent storms, floods, falling trees it makes sense.

Very handy compact and well designed escape tool
I liked the design, the compactness and the fact it comes in tactical black. Good value for money here. Well worth having. For example in many busses and trains on public transport in UK there are break glass in event of needing to escape in emergency signs on windows. But nothing provided to use to do so! Solution is to carry your own for any just in case survival situation. NB One needs to carry this with one, somewhere you always know where it is to access it even in darkness. I found mine is small enough a device to fit the back of a neck lanyard I use for ID carry.
