One of my favorite tea brands
They always taste great. The aroma is fresh and the steeping time is not long, usually 3 minutes and the tea turns out perfect every time. During very stressful times these teas definitely make a difference.

Great tea, bad shipping practices
Got this for my mother and she absolutely loves it. This is my second order of what will likely be many. The first set I ordered came in a box and everything was great. Just got the second set and it was shipped in a bubble envelope. The packaging was trashed and 3 of the 5 boxes of tea were demolished. Luckily, the tea bags themselves were unharmed but I would appreciate it if my future orders were shipped in boxes.
