Only used it once. It is very sensitive. Will need to use it a few times to figure what settings to use but it looks great and light-weight. Nice protective case and professional appearance.

I own a campground and every year we have a leak some place in the park. This year was no different so I decided to buy this product. Direction are worthless. We all took it out and used every setting. We wound up getting 3 days of rain and that was enough to bring the leak to the top. Once we found it , we broke this product out and put is far away from the brake and worked our way to right on top of the leak. No difference in the sound. I already sent it back.

Amazing

I cannot get the device to stay powered on, even after charging for hours, then a day, then days. It turns on then immediately turns off. The batteries show <0.20V, telling me either the batteries are bad or the device charger is bad. In either event, I contacted their "support" on what's app and have received no response. So I paid $1300 for a device that can't stay on more than a few seconds. Buyer beware.

It definitely found a leak under asphalt road. I like the equipment because of the spectrum analyzer and locate modes.. I like the fact you have a volume and a gain a for the sensor.. different frequencies to hone in on leak sounds.... the reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 stars is the display. It’s hard to see in bright sun light... if it had an adjustment for that like contrast to make it better to see I would have given it 5 stars..

Worked good for a little while , my headphones broke and tried emailing manufacturer a few different times and never got any response. Tried contact by phone and no luck either. I just wanted to buy new pair of head phones or see if they offered better ones as too some pair I bought online that should be compatible, are not. I get squealing sounds or none at all and end up having to rely on the screen display and no sound. Which by the way, the display is difficult to see and read on a sunny day no matter how you adjust the controls. Also the wire connecting the ground mic to the console warn down fast just from folding up and putting away when I’m finished using it. and also I would like to replace that as well. There is No website to order replacement parts or speak to anyone. The Cary case it came with is also cheap and fell apart . Working in the field with this equipment daily parts wear away quick no matter how careful you are . Just assembling and putting away give product significant wear. It looks nice new in photos , but after having this for a while and being stuck unable to get replacement parts easily, I feel I should have bought the fisher model for a few hundred dollars more , with easy part replacement and even under water microphone accessory. I hope this review helps so people debating over equipment. There were no reviews on this product when I purchased it. I wish I had better news to report .Thank you
