Q: Thread pitch? Sort of important.

I don’t know if this will be any help but for my application, it was standard pitch nothing special.

Q: Does this set include the sizes #6x32 and #8x32? Are these the common sizes for bathroom fixtures like towel & toilet paper holders?

I doubt it as these are the metric versions. You'd need to order the Standard US hex screws. It would be cheaper and faster to go to your local box hardware store and purchase the correct size.

Q: Can i use these for the ultum nature systems hanging kit?

These set screws are universal and will work so long as the lenth is appropriate. I have found that do to the nature of the coating, a small dab of blue loctite helps keep them from vibrating loose in machinery or moving parts.
