Interlogix Shatterpro Crystal Wireless Glassbreak Detector (NX-488)

It works!!! I've had this for over a year and I can say without a doubt it definitely WORKS. We had a large hail storm today while nobody was home and the alarm system was armed. A window broke in a room (behind wooden blinds and TWO walls away) about 25 feet away and I immediately got a call from out monitoring service saying the glass break sensor in our living room had alarmed. Unfortunately I knew immediately that we were getting hail damage, but I was really happy to know this thing works, even at a distance farther than advertised. Definitely worth the price.

I added 2 of these to my garage. Each one is covering 3 Windows on each side. 20 foot range so be sure were there going before you order. 360 coverage is cool too can put overhead in center if you want. Cover all windows in room. I moved a motion detector and put these up. Keep a cat inside. Instructions are good. Thay came with mine. Just have a installer or dealer code. Can not get into system program without. Thats were the main learns the sincor.

Bought 2 and they both malfunctioned within a month. They both kept saying low battery even though they had brand new batteries and they set off my alarm in the middle of the night scaring me to death.

The stickies that come with it don't work. Hard to anchor with drywall anchors. You actually have to drill through plastic in the back. Hard to figure out how the cover goes back on.

Bought 3 with my initial order. One unit failed. Contacted the supplier who immediately shipped me a new one. Now, all 3 are working perfectly. Great customer service.

Set them up with no problems (they look exactly like the model FrontPoint sends you). Don't know how to test them other than clapping. The beer bottle breaking iPhone app doesn't trigger them...

I was skeptical about this unit, but it was included in the security package I purchased so I tried it out. I'm glad I did. This unit works as advertised. Recommended.

Does not connect to anything. There is no button in the back to sync it like the one I bought straight from Time Warner, that looks exactly the same and is also the same brand. My friend that works for them and installs it for Intelligent Home couldn't even figure it out.
