Healthspan 900mg (2 x Packs of 450mg) CBD Oil Capsules | 60 Capsules | Added Vitamin D3 | Vegan

Bought these in a well known pharmacy and they worked really well, price on here is much better. Helps to take the edge of my anxiety, obviously not a substitute for medical assistance but compliments other treatments for me.

I tried CBD oil when it first became easy to buy and felt no effect at all, since then each time one of the packs has come up for review, I have asked if I might review them, but so far, nothing has had any discernible effect, although I found the pastille/gummies type very tasty, but again - no effect.When this pack came up, I thought I would try again and this time SUCCESS!! I do have less arthritic pain and I am sleeping better. So much so that I have bought them from Amazon to continue their use. These capsules are Vegan and with added vitamin D3.At this time, December 2022, the Amazon price for the 900mg variety is very nearly half the price at the Healthspan site so it seems to me that the £34 for 60 capsules from Amazon, making them just over 58 pence each, is a reachable bargain, but I am not sure the full price is sustainable for me for the long term. I will stick with Amazon for as long as the price remains reachable. And as long as they remain affordable, I am going with five stars.JC

I have been in the supplement business for many years. For the last 5 to 6 years CBD oil has been analysed and then came into fashion as a supplement to take.I have used a CBD oil by Nature's Aid and recently by Healthspan (380mg tablets) which worked very well. The problem was it had only a small amount of CBD in it given the price. This tablet contains a large dose of CBD oil. I take it at night and it really helps to relax the body and deepen the quality of sleep.You take a lower dose to avoid the tummy issues that can occur given this higher dose. It also can work out much more cost-effective than some oils. If you are new to CBD oils, it can take time to work. At first, the oil had very little effect. I took it throughout the day, but not a lot happened. I was pretty disappointed. After a few days, I noticed very subtle differences in mood and sleep. They were barely noticeable at first but I was sleeping much better and not waking up at 3 am. I have also noticed how much I can now take in terms of stressors without getting mad/angry or stressed. Whilst I am not 100% free from stress, I get less bad-tempered. With this tablet and its high dose, you will not feel an immediate effect. It will take time unless you have already been taking CBD. It will not be an instant miracle in a tablet, but slowly things will progress and you will see small differences in sleep and stress. Overall I am happy to recommend this product.

At the moment I'm suffering with a large open wound that's taking a long time to heal. There are a lot of exposed nerve endings & despite being on the highest dose of prescription painkillers I'm allowed I'm still in a lot of pain. The capsules themselves are in foil backed blister boards. The capsules are a standard ⁵⁵⁄₆₄"/22ᵐᵐ long & the casings are made of 𝘊𝘰𝘦𝘯𝘻𝘺𝘮𝘦 𝘘10 which is vegan. This has a sunflower oil base & is designed to dissolve in the gut & help encourage the uptake of the contents by the body.The contents of each capsule are a blend of purified olive oil & hemp extract providing 15ᵐᵍ of 𝘊𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘰𝘭 [𝘊𝘉𝘋] & 5μᵍ of 𝘝𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯 𝘋3. The recommended dose is 1 to 2 tablets per day to be taken with water.The expiry date on my box gives me a year before they go out of date.I've been taking one in the evening about an hour before bed. They do seem to be helping me get over to sleep & continue that through a good portion of the night. It had been taking me a lot longer to be able to sleep before I started taking them. I wear a sports monitors sleep, heart & relaxation rate & looking over the records it provides you can see a marked improvement in the quality of all three since I started taking the tablets.A box of 60 costs £33.72 which works out to roughly 52 pence per capsule. Luckily for me one capsule seems to take the edge off enough for me to sleep so I have a two month supply. You'll have to weigh up how much you're prepared to pay for a good nights sleep or better relaxation. Personally I'd be happy to pay this, especially at the moment as it gives me relief from the pain.
